Sessions

Cranial and Spinal Balancing is an energy medicine approach to Craniosacral Therapy based upon Polarity Therapy Principles. Special attention is given the the "art of listening" as a key to understanding cranial and spinal functioning. Gentle holds of the head and spine, with only a nickle's weight of pressure, allow the cranial system to unwind and reset. Following the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid pulse also allows subtle unwinding of tension.

This therapy is a subtle technique that works within the Cranial system of the body, including the bones of the cranium (skull), and the spine, as well as the tissues surrounding and including the brain, the spinal column, and the cerebrospinal fluid that circulates within the entire system. It focuses on the "Energy" of the system and the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid. A deep state of relaxation is possible when receiving this gentle and non-invasive work.

Isa studied Cranial at the International Polarity Wellness Network in New York City, and received her certificate in 1998. Her teachers were Lisa Schimski and John Beaulieu.
